This could be a copy of your recent Tyndall account statement, your membership card, your Check Card, etc. It is VERY important that you completely black out any sensitive information that may appear on these items (member number, card number, etc). All Sprint really needs to see is the Tyndall logo/information, your name, and a date of some sort that reflects that you are a current member.
