Announcing our New Online Banking
Our "new" Online Banking is now here! For the last few months, we have been telling you about the upcoming change in our Online Banking system. We have been working hard to make it is smooth a switch as possible and we think you will be thrilled with the new product.
Yes, it is a change from what you are used to, so we encourage you to take some time to look around and see what's new.

What Will You Need to Know to Log in for the First Time?
Please read the following information carefully:

To log in the first time, you will enter your member number (your old Access ID) as your User ID.

Your initial Password will be your GENIE24 PIN.
You will then be presented with standard disclosures, and will be asked to select a new, unique User ID and Password.
Please note - when you enter your new Online Banking Password, your GENIE24 PIN will remain the same for automated telephone access. They are not connected in our system. Your GENIE24 PIN is simply used in the initial Online Banking registration for identification purposes only.

On the "Select New Password" screen, please enter your GENIE24 PIN in the Current Password field.
Then, enter the Password of your choice to use when you log into Online Banking in the future. If you wish, you may even use the same Password you used in our old Online Banking system, as long as it meets the security requirements shown on the screen.
The Password field is case-sensitive. You may use capital letters, lower case letters, or a combination of both, but you must enter it the same way any time you enter your Password (for example, if you use "Tyndall5," as your Password, it will not work if you enter "tyndall5").

As an additional layer of security, you will be asked to select two Challenge Questions.
These questions will be used in the event that you forget your Password. They will also be used to verify your identity if you try to log into Online Banking from a public computer (such as a library computer) or from one you do not normally use.

While this initial log-in process may take a little time, please understand that it is for security purposes.
The next time you log in to Online Banking from a private computer, you will simply enter your new User ID and Password. That's it.
Sometimes, "New & Improved" just doesn't say enough.

Access the Online Banking transactions you use most often...all from one main page - pay your bills, transfer funds, review your account and loan balances, etc.

See your pending transactions - for example, you will be able to see what Check Card transactions have been authorized, but have not yet been processed .

Mobile Banking - check your balance or transaction history, transfer funds, make a payment, etc. directly from your phone.
|

|
Text key words ("BAL," "LAST," etc.) to receive instant account information by SMS text message.

Alerts & Messages - receive one-time or scheduled alerts/messages regarding your account balance, a bill payment that is due, a check that has cleared, etc.

External Transfers - you will now be able to transfer funds electronically between your account at Tyndall and an account at another financial institution.
Need to send money to your son at college? Or, do you want to move money you have elsewhere to your Tyndall e-Checking Account? Just transfer the money electronically through Online Banking. No more wire transfers, money orders, checks by mail, etc.
